What happens next
- Agree your dates with us on Carousell or Telegram.
- Pay the S$400 deposit here. It’s a hold on your card, like a hotel’s deposit at check-in, so nothing is charged.
- Collect it near Queenstown MRT and pay the rental fee by PayNow or PayLah. We’ll send you the number.
- Bring it back on time and as it left, and the hold is released in full.

How does the deposit work?
It works like the deposit a hotel takes when you check in. We place a S$400 hold on your card, and nothing is charged: your bank shows it as pending. The hold is released in full when the guitar comes back on time and in the condition it left in. It sits against the guitar, not the rental, so the rental fee is paid separately.
When would any of it be taken?
Only if the guitar comes back damaged, with parts missing, or not at all, and then only what the repair or replacement actually costs. Normal wear from playing it is expected, and that's not what the deposit is for.
How do I pay the rental fee?
By PayNow or PayLah: S$18 a day or S$60 a week. We'll send you the number once your dates are agreed.
Does it come with a case?
Yes, a padded gig bag and the charging cable are included.
